Experienced CNC Brake Press Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator who takes pride in producing quality work, values precision, and is looking for a company where they can build a long-term career.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday
2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Training may initially take place on first shift until the second-shift team is fully staffed.

Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and program CNC Brake Press equipment, including Trumpf machines
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
Select and utilize proper tooling for each application
Perform machine setups and adjustments to ensure quality production
Bend and form material using the proper sequence and manufacturing methods
Conduct first-piece inspections and verify quality standards
Measure dimensions and tolerances using calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other precision instruments
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications

Previous experience operating CNC Brake Press equipment
Experience with Trumpf Brake Press equipment strongly preferred
Ability to program machines from blueprints and specifications
Extensive knowledge of brake press tooling, setups, and forming processes
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Experience performing first-piece inspections and quality checks
Ability to accurately use calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Metal fabrication experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
