Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Dallas office! You will be responsible for preparing financial statements & payroll reports for our Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s).
  • Computerization, Journal entries, and using excel
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Preparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales Tax
  • Training on Successful and Proven Software Provided
  • Payroll Processing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
