Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organizedBookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position will help with the day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks for our company.

Responsibilities include:

Processing invoices and payments
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Entering and maintaining financial records
Preparing and sending invoices
Following up on outstanding payments
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Assisting with payroll and other accounting tasks
Keeping files and financial documents organized
Assisting with project billing and tracking
Communicating with vendors, clients, and the team as needed
Other general office and accounting duties

Qualifications:

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
Good communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
