Bookkeeping Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support tax preparation by organizing relevant documentation.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
  • Reconcile vendor monthly statements.
  • Sending vendor remittance receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
  • Maintain digital filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reports.
  • Maintain confidential records and information.
  • Assisting with travel bookings when required.
  • Assisting with new vendor / client setup when required.
