Boiler / Furnace Installer

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Pespisa Company is looking for a skilled Boiler / Furnace Installer to join our team in North Chelmsford, MA! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering reliable heating solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial boilers, furnaces, and related heating systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for proper system installation
• Connect gas, oil, or electric supply lines and ensure safe, code-compliant hookups
• Test and commission newly installed heating equipment for proper operation
• Perform startup diagnostics and calibrate controls, thermostats, and safety devices
• Perform annual preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
• Complete installation documentation, maintenance reports, and required paperwork accurately using Service Titan software

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience installing boilers, furnaces, or HVAC heating systems
• Knowledge of gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Massachusetts
• MA Plumber's or Gas Fitter's License preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
