Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Flexible)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, field-based position. This role focuses on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and delivering high-quality ABA services, supported by a strong administrative team.

Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
Conduct and oversee FBAs and treatment plans
Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to clinical staff
Ensure delivery of ethical, high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings
Dedicated scheduling team for flexible planning
Billing and authorization assistance
Client success and family communication support
Structured onboarding, training, and HR support
Access to standardized clinical tools and systems
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
1+ year of BCBA experience preferred (strong candidates will be considered)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Experience working with individuals with autism preferred
Comfortable working in home, school, and community-based settings
