Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Westside & South Bay - Field-Based Role)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Flexible)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, field-based position. This role focuses on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and delivering high-quality ABA services, supported by a strong administrative team.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients

• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

• Conduct and oversee FBAs and treatment plans

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to clinical staff

• Ensure delivery of ethical, high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings

• Dedicated scheduling team for flexible planning

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• 1+ year of BCBA experience preferred (strong candidates will be considered)

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

• Experience working with individuals with autism preferred

• Comfortable working in home, school, and community-based settings
