A growing commercial printing company in Springville is seeking a dependable Bindery Operator to join our production team. This is a full-time day shift position with opportunities for growth and long-term stability.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay:
• $14/hr - No experience required
• $16/hr - Prior bindery or print shop experience
• $18/hr - Exact related experience in commercial print bindery operations

Job Duties Include:
• Operating bindery and finishing equipment
• Cutting, folding, collating, laminating, and packaging printed materials
• Preparing completed orders for shipment or delivery
• Maintaining quality standards and production efficiency
• Assisting with general shop duties as needed

Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Printing or bindery experience preferred but not required
