Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Order Picker

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Pay Rate: $14-$17/hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Full-time position with regular benefits

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Occasional overtime (staying 1-2 hours late on rare occasions)
• Very infrequent weekend work (once or twice per year)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing team at our Farmers Branch, TX location. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and palletizing orders to ensure timely shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders for shipment
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders
• Operate warehouse equipment including stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Multitask and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift and reach truck preferred
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
