Bilingual Patient Service Representative

-Job Duties-

Answering a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 calls per

day) from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities

Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient

appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal messages

Screening and routing calls appropriately to ensure

patients are directed to the right departments

Accurately registering patients and managing appointment

scheduling and follow-ups in the EMR system

Must be bilingual in Vietnamese

Onsite position Monday-Friday days

$25 per hour with growth opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
