Bilingual Canvasser / Door-to-Door Team Lead

HomeInherit is hiring a local Miami-area bilingual canvasser / door-to-door team lead.

We help senior homeowners learn about a debt-free way to access home equity while staying in their home for life.

Your job is to respectfully explain the idea, leave simple information, collect opt-in interest, and book calls with our founder/advisor team.

We are looking for someone with real door-knocking experience who can start in the field, prove performance, and grow into our local canvassing manager.

Responsibilities:

• Door knock in Miami-Dade neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners in a calm, respectful way
• Explain a simple senior homeowner program
• Leave materials and collect opt-in interest
• Book qualified calls with our founder/advisor team
• Track doors, conversations, and appointments
• Help train future canvassers
• Grow into a local field manager role if performance is strong

Requirements:

• Must live in the Miami area
• Door-to-door canvassing experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
• Professional, patient, and respectful with seniors
• Experience in impact windows, roofing, solar, water filtration, political canvassing, fundraising, field marketing, or appointment setting is a plus
• Must be reliable, organized, and coachable

Pay:

• $25/hr starting
• Appointment bonuses available
• Manager path available after proving performance
• Strong performers can move into $50/hr manager-track compensation
