MECHANIC - BIKES & BEANS

$13-$20/hr Full or Part-Time Tuesday-Saturday Boise, ID

This is a bench. Not a couch.

We are building a new crew. If you're not ready to work, this isn't for you.

# MINIMUM:

- Build a bike out of the box in under an hour .

- Change a flat without YouTube .

- Show up on time, tools in hand, ego in check.

# IDEAL:

- Basic drivetrain skills (11/12-speed setup).

- Some shop experience.

- Willing to learn e-bikes, suspension, and shop systems.

- Able to write basic service tickets in Lightspeed POS .

# YOU'LL:

- Work under a certified Head Mechanic.

- Learn to diagnose, write work orders, and communicate with customers.

- Be part of a team rebuilding the heart of our shop.
