Behavioral Health Program Director
Mobile, AL

Lead a team that's changing lives! New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Mobile, AL.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily clinic operations and drive exceptional patient care
  • Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary staff
  • Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve clinical and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state and federal regulations
  • Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree required
  • Licensed Alabama Counselor required (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
