Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or commercial HVAC project execution. Strong knowledge of BAS, HVAC equipment, and building controls. Experience in technical sales, estimating, proposal development, or project management. Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, controls drawings, specifications, and contracts. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
