The Role We're looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network. This is a contact-sport field sales role-headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day. If you love early mornings, shop visits, job-site drop-ins, and building real relationships in the trades, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do

• Hunt and sign new plumbing partners across Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits
• Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly
• Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings
• Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service
• Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

What You Bring
