Automotive Service Manager or Director Experience Required.
A reputable automotive group in the Winston-Salem / Mt. Airy area is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee the service department's operations, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. This position will lead a team of skilled technicians while fostering a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day Service Department operations
Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
Monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and department performance
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and improve processes that support department growth and profitability
Monitor Service Department KPIs and financial performance
Ensure repairs and customer concerns are handled efficiently and professionally
Maintain a safe, organized workplace in compliance with applicable OSHA requirements
Work with dealership leadership and other departments to improve the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For:
2+ Years of Automotive Service Manager, Service Director, or Fixed Operations Manager experience required
Experience with domestic brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram / Stellantis is preferred but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and departmental performance
Understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and financial reporting
Experience managing technicians, advisors, and workflow processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
