Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with transferable experience in automotive sales, parts, collision repair, tire and service centers, quick lube, RV, marine, powersports, fleet, or other customer-facing automotive service environments. If you enjoy helping customers, communicating clearly, and building relationships, we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Advise customers on necessary and suggested services and costs
• Inform customers of any current special promotions available

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
• Related experience in automotive sales, parts, collision repair, tire/service centers, RV, marine, powersports, fleet maintenance, or similar customer-facing automotive roles will also be considered
• A great attitude, people skills and work ethic required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds a big plus!
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
