Key Responsibilities:
Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations
Secure financing through a network of lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
Maximize profitability through product offerings while maintaining transparency and trust
Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and dealership policies
Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:
At least 2 years' automotive F&I experience is required
Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
