What You'll Do:
- Process and maintain auto dealership Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions
- Review invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Post payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end accounting procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
- Ensure accounting documents are processed accurately and on time
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal dealership departments
- Research account balances and help resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and dealership information
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive dealership A/P and A/R experience is required
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership accounting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership/accounting software
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full-Time Benefits:
