Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Greet service department customers promptly and courteously - attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Utilizing Tablet and software, advise customers of additional services, utilizing current technology with high integrity
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Maintain Extremely high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
Prior Automotive Service Advisor or Tech experience
Must be organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Strong written and oral communications skills are paramount
Self-motivated, forward-thinking team player
Must have computer proficiency
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
