• Estimated annual compensation of $192,000-$360,000 , based on schedule and production
• 4-day workweek - Tuesday through Friday

Tuesday-Thursday: 6:50 AM team huddle - 3:10 PM
Friday: 6:50 AM team huddle - 2:00 PM

• 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• General Dentistry Residency experience is a plus
• Confident general dentist comfortable providing comprehensive patient care
• Comfortable performing molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, professional, compassionate chairside manner
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
• Team-oriented approach and strong communication with staff

You'll be joining an established team of 2 dentists, 5 RDHs, 4 RDAs, and 3 administrators , with an experienced support staff and collaborative practice environment.
