The Staff Pad has partnered with a dental practice located in Indianapolis, IN to identify an experienced Associate Dentist who thrives in a patient-focused, team-oriented private practice environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with strong general dentistry and endodontic experience who wants autonomy, strong clinical support, and the ability to step into an established practice with immediate patient demand. What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
  • Perform endodontic procedures with confidence and efficiency
  • Support oral surgery procedures when applicable
  • Build strong relationships with patients and maintain high-quality care standards
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and leadership
  • Contribute to practice growth through strong patient outcomes and teamwork
What We're Looking For
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Strong experience in endodontics is re quired
  • General dentistry experience required
  • Oral surgery experience is a strong plus
  • Team player with a patient-first mindset
  • Positive personality and strong cultural fit
Schedule
  • Part-time
  • 2 days per week
  • Fridays preferred
  • Flexible on second day
