The Staff Pad has partnered with a dental practice located in Indianapolis, IN to identify an experienced Associate Dentist who thrives in a patient-focused, team-oriented private practice environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with strong general dentistry and endodontic experience who wants autonomy, strong clinical support, and the ability to step into an established practice with immediate patient demand. What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Perform endodontic procedures with confidence and efficiency
Support oral surgery procedures when applicable
Build strong relationships with patients and maintain high-quality care standards
Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and leadership
Contribute to practice growth through strong patient outcomes and teamwork
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree
Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
3-5 years of experience preferred
Strong experience in endodontics is re quired
General dentistry experience required
Oral surgery experience is a strong plus
Team player with a patient-first mindset
Positive personality and strong cultural fit
Schedule
Part-time
2 days per week
Fridays preferred
Flexible on second day
