We're seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support day-to-day manufacturing operations within a specialized metal processing environment. This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on production experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll work alongside production leadership to keep workflow on track, support employees, troubleshoot operational challenges, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Pay: $30-$34/hour, based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite This position may involve access to export-controlled information. Job Details What You'll Do: Help coordinate daily production schedules, priorities, and workflow Monitor production progress and address potential delays or bottlenecks Support equipment, chemical processing, and wastewater-related operations Assist with start-up, shutdown, maintenance, and process adjustments Maintain accurate production and operational documentation Help coordinate rework and changing production priorities Train and onboard employees on procedures and safety expectations Promote a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment Communicate production needs across Quality, Engineering, Sales, and other departments Support new product launches and production readiness activities What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing or production experience Lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred Experience with metal processing, electroplating, chemical etching, PCB manufacturing, or similar processes is highly desirable Familiarity with chemical handling and manufacturing safety practices Ability to follow work orders, procedures, and production documentation Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Interested in hearing more?
