We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our new Multidisciplinary ICU at Barnes Jewish Hospital. The ANM is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations , clinical oversight, staff development, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ANM will serve as a mentor, resource and clinical leader, helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
