Job Description
Come join our team as a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager with BJC Medical Group located in Creve Coeur, this is a rare opportunity to join a great team!
- Outpatient
- Hybrid - 2% on site, 80% WFH
- 40-Hours per week
- Day Shift
- Rotational Call - One full week- Monday-Monday (every 6-8 weeks)

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Supports the operational functions of the department as related to: reporting, payroll, service recovery, staff communication, staff data collection and reporting, staff competencies and regulatory readiness compliance. Works collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to lead staff in clinical and service excellence.
