This hands-on leadership opportunity offers the chance to oversee maintenance operations, support a skilled team, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Job Duties & Responsibilities Supervise maintenance mechanics and porters, providing hands-on troubleshooting support and ensuring quality repairs. Maintain preventive maintenance programs and oversee the repair and upkeep of industrial processing equipment. Manage building maintenance, plant cleanliness, and porter schedules to support efficient operations. Enforce safety procedures and assume maintenance leadership responsibilities when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of industrial processing equipment maintenance experience in an industrial or military environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Hands-on experience working with 480-volt electrical systems is required. Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring, pneumatic systems, steam, water, hydraulics, and building maintenance; ability to use hand tools safely and respond effectively to time-sensitive issues. Preferred Skills & Experience Boiler license or other relevant plant equipment operating licenses, or the ability to obtain and maintain required licenses.
