Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator

Angels Clinical Research Institute is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing research team.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional and compassionate demeanor with study participants
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior clinical research or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
• Medical Assistant, EMT, Nursing, Pre-Med, Pre-PA, Biology, or related healthcare background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with study visits
• Prepare participant charts and study documents
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate study records
• Schedule participant visits and follow-up calls
• Assist with participant recruitment and retention
• Support regulatory and study documentation
• Maintain study supplies and assist with investigational product accountability as needed
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and site SOPs
