Adecco is hiring immediately for Assembly Operators with our client located in Bennington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company and grow your manufacturing career. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal operation.

• Record production data meticulously for reporting and quality control.

• Inspect parts and assemblies to meet strict quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols and comply with all company policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.

• Good communication skills and basic math proficiency.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (Monday-Friday)

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM (Monday-Friday)

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM (Monday-Friday)

Pay Details: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
