Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Sparta

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday 5am-330pm (overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Job Description: As an Assembly Operator at our Sparta manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include performing assembly tasks following established procedures and guidelines, ensuring that the assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. This may involve using hand tools and operating assembly machines. Attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential qualities for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.
Utilize hand tools and assembly machines to complete tasks.
Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.

Complete production tasks by the end of the shift.
