A busy apartment community in the Lakeland area is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent - immediate interviews. Help residents find their home while building a career in property management leasing. Community details shared during the interview.
What you'll do:
- Tour prospective residents and close leases
- Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads
- Support marketing, occupancy goals, and resident retention
What we're looking for:
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience
- Friendly, professional, organized; comfortable with a CRM or leasing software (Yardi, Entrata, or AppFolio a plus)
- Reliable transportation and availability for some weekends
