Apartment Evaluators (Pryor OK)

Contractors needed to evaluate apartment complexes in the PRYOR, OK area.
PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: Contractors will perform a RECORDED PHONE CALL (no special equipment needed) and do an IN-PERSON VISIT/TOUR of the property. A VALID ID will be REQUIRED for the tour.

Contractors will observe overall customer service (by phone AND in-person) and take a tour of the property. The TOUR includes observation of agent's sales ability, the maintenance of the property, property features/amenities, and agent's closing ability.
You WILL NOT BE REQUIRED to fill out applications of ANY type. Evaluations are INFORMATIONAL ONLY.

PAY: $35.00 per property evaluation.
