UPMC Northwest is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their collaborative team in Seneca, Cranberry Township, PA. Practice Info

  • Community hospital with state-of-the-art treatment technology
  • 96 private rooms, adjustable to accommodate semiprivate occupancy for a total of up to 126 beds
  • UPMC Behavioral Health Network includes a behavioral health building with 28 beds, connected to the hospital by an enclosed walkway
  • 16-bed unit for transitional care
  • Nine-bed unit for inpatient rehabilitation
  • Team members are collegial, collaborative, and supportive of one another

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

  • Salary: $400K annually
  • Sign-on Incentive: $75K

Shift & Schedule

  • 26 week on/ 26 week off schedule option!
  • Two continuous weeks per month
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • No call required

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
  • BE or BC
  • Current medical licensure
  • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
