We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admissions Representative to join our growing team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate is vital to the behind-the-scenes success of the admissions process. As an Admissions Representative, you'll help individuals and families through one of the most important calls of their lives - the call for help. You'll guide them through the admissions process with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. Training is provided - what matters most is your empathy, energy, and drive to make a difference.What You'll Do:Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:Answering and managing inbound calls with compassion and efficiencyGathering demographic, clinical, and financial details and entering them in our CRMVerifying insurance benefits through VerifyTxUpload and manage documentation including VOBs, IDs, insurance cards, and internal notesConducting clinical and pre-admission assessments (training provided)Building trust and rapport with clients and families in crisis situationsExplaining insurance coverage and treatment optionsEnsuring compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standardsFollowing up with clients and families throughout the admission processPerform other duties as assignedSkills, Knowledge and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus)1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, admissions, or customer serviceFamiliarity with substance use, mental health, or recovery preferredStrong computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM/EMR systems)Excellent communication and listening skillsEmpathy, professionalism, and strong follow-throughAbility to stay calm, organized, and focused in high-volume settingsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.About Quadrant Health Group:At Quadrant Health Group, we believe in fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and excellence.
