Position Overview

Join a highperforming acquisitions team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing residential investment opportunities. This role is designed for driven individuals who bring an existing network, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to directly tie performance to earnings. The team focuses on value-add residential investments across Los Angeles and Orange County, with typical home exit price points ranging from $1.5M+

Key Responsibilities

• Source deals through existing relationships and targeted outreach
• Leverage and expand broker and agent network
• Identify and evaluate opportunities via MLS and other platforms
• Underwrite deals including valuation and risk analysis
• Coordinate tours, inspections, and due diligence
• Submit offers; review contracts and disclosures
• Manage and prioritize an active deal pipeline
• Develop proformas, CMAs, and market insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential or multifamily acquisitions experience
• Demonstrated ability to take deals from initial sourcing through closing
• Highly responsive and able to operate with urgency in a competitive acquisition environment
• Must bring an existing broker and agent network capable of generating immediate deal flow
• Strong MLS and valuation expertise
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• Proven negotiation and closing ability
• Strong communication skills with a high level of ownership and accountability
