LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist.

This is Fully Remote.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor communication, and maintaining workflow efficiency across the AP function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of vendor invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage invoice workflows through Coupa, ensuring proper routing and approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice status and payments
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and documentation
  • Support month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa required
  • Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Hour rate $24-27dollars per hour (depending on experience)

Must be able to start right away

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
