Accountant

Looking for an accounting opportunity where you can do more than crunch numbers? Were seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and play a key role in payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Reporting to the Controller, youll work closely with operational leaders while helping keep financial processes accurate, efficient, and on schedule. This is a highly visible position with opportunities for upward growth. An accounting degree is preferred along with experience in ADP. What Youll Do as the plants Accountant:
Manage payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
Process AP invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and vendor payments
Research and resolve payroll, invoice, pricing, and payment discrepancies
Reconcile general ledger accounts, accruals, and prepaid expenses
Support month-end close and GAAP-compliant accounting
Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
Support ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
Communicate financial results and issues to managers
What we are looking for in this Accountant:
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business.
Payroll processing experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
