Account Coordinator

Bucks County company looking for motivated Account Coordinators to manage professional working relationships with vendors and clients across the United States. This is a role that develops relationships with vendors and works with them to protect and preserve properties for clients. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Routinely review/create reports to ensure work in inventory is handled appropriately and timely by the third-party team. Provide timely and accurate updates to relevant stakeholders and team members on project progress or state of inventory. May assist with addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
