If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering professional electrical service, we would love to hear from you. </p><p><strong>More Than Just a Job -</strong> <strong>It's</strong> <strong>a Passion.</strong> </p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Perform electrical service, maintenance, and repair work on commercial electrical systems, including <strong>solar PV systems, EV chargers, and service equipment</strong>. </li><li>Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately, identifying root causes and implementing code-compliant solutions. </li><li>Manage service jobs from start to finish, including: </li><li>Reviewing work orders and job scopes </li><li>Gathering required materials and tools </li><li>Creating parts and materials lists </li><li>Coordinating job logistics and timelines </li><li>Properly install, repair, and service electrical systems according to <strong>manufacturer specifications, job requirements, and NEC standards</strong>. </li><li>Complete all work in compliance with the <strong>National Electrical Code (NEC)</strong> and local jurisdiction requirements. </li><li>Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job status using written reports, email, and the company's project management system. </li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, project managers, inspectors, and internal teams. </li><li>Ensure all work is completed in a professional manner with a strong focus on <strong>quality, safety, and customer satisfaction</strong>. </li><li>Coordinate inspections as required and ensure projects pass all jurisdictional requirements. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. </li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced service environment. </li><li>Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic on a daily basis. </li></ul> Requirements: <p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong> </p><ul><li>Valid <strong>New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License (EE98J)</strong> required. </li><li>Minimum 5<strong>+ years with</strong> <strong>license</strong> <strong>and commercial electrical experience</strong> (service experience strongly preferred). </li><li>Solar and EV charging experience is a plus but not required. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for documentation and reporting. </li><li>Must own a current <strong>NEC Code Book</strong>. </li><li>Must own all required hand tools, power tools, and tool belt. </li><li>Ability to lift up to <strong>80</strong> <strong>lbs</strong> and perform the physical requirements of the job. </li><li>Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Must pass a background check and drug test. </li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong> DOE / <strong>$40-$55</strong> <strong>per hour</strong>, based on experience and licensing </li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time or Part-Time </li><li><strong>Benefits (Full-Time):</strong> </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Additional benefits available </li></ul><br><br><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 00 Yearly Salary</p><br><br><p>PIb078b7eef1-</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?vKUlkVYZrxBDL%2ff3EI5%2b7EJL45PrXmh0c" width="0" height="0" />
