<p><strong> Job Summary and General Duties: </strong></p> <ul><li> Troubleshoots maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. </li><li> Performs preventive building & production conveyor lines maintenance duties, caulks windows and doors, repairs and replaces broken windows. </li><li> Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, and leaking faucets. </li><li> Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps and assists in repairing ballast and light fixtures. </li><li> Purchases supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects. </li><li> Repairs and replaces doorknobs or locks, repairs door closures, patches holes in walls. </li><li> Paints interior and exterior walls. </li><li> Must always follow all SOPs and safety procedures. </li><li> Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. </li><li> Assist or perform tasks given by management to support business needs. </li></ul> <p><br/></p><p><strong> Attributes: </strong></p> <ul><li> Ability to effectively communicate/interact well with people from diverse backgrounds. </li><li> Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50lbs. </li><li> Ability to work without cellular devices, jewelry and other objects that may fall into blending equipment. </li><li> Attention to detail. </li><li> Ability to work well in a team environment. </li><li> Ability to report to work in a timely manner. </li><li> Ability to work responsibly. </li><li> Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines. </li></ul> <p><br/></p><p><strong> Knowledge and Skills Preferred: </strong></p> <ul><li> High School Diploma. </li><li> Minimum of 1 year of work experience. </li></ul> <br/>Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm<br><br><p>PIdf892d1d5c2f-5873</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?56tSEfrY6xYewgyArQwPXLOLUHjz8n39i" width="0" height="0" />
