<p><b>Job description</b></p><p>- Lead operational strategy and execution across multiple hotel properties.<br> - Directly manage Area Directors and partner with General Managers to ensure operational excellence.<br> - Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and cost-control initiatives.<br> - Standardize processes, implement best practices, and maintain compliance with brand and operational standards.<br> - Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Purchasing, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.<br> - Travel to properties regularly ensuring hands-on leadership and support.<br> - Operate with executive presence, decisiveness, and high accountability, while fostering strong team relationships.<br> - Maintain consistent communication with ownership and the executive team.<br> </p><br/><p><b>Required profile</b></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.- Minimum 10 years of progressive hospitality operations experience, including 3-5+ years in senior or multi-unit leadership.- Proven track record managing experienced General Managers and Area Directors.- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze P&Ls, KPIs, and operational metrics.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality systems (PMS, RMS, HRIS).- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.</p><br/><p><b>Company description</b></p><p>My clients are seeking a high-performing, results-driven operations leader to step into a senior executive role overseeing multiple hotel properties! <br> <br> This role requires a proven operator who can lead seasoned leaders, and drive operational and financial performance across a portfolio of properties. <br> <br> The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be willing to relocate to Bend, Oregon, or already reside in the area.<br> </p><br/><p><b>What we offer</b></p><p>$160k - 200k per year + Bonus</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?21Z5QEafrJcghJHJOH51El%2brEr56kSrFy" width="0" height="0" />
