Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.<p></p> <b>Position Details:</b> <p></p><p></p><p> <b><u>Medical Technologist I Qualifications:</u></b> </p><p> Education : Associate degree<br /> Certifications : MLT certification OR Bachelors degree, in a major that meets a certification agency's requirements OR Completion of a 50 week U.S. military medical laboratory training course </p><p> </p><p> <b><u>Medical Technologist II Qualifications:</u></b> </p><p> <b>$10,000 sign on bonus for MT II Candidates! (At least 2 year commitment)</b> </p><p> Education : Associate degree required and bachelor's degree preferred </p><p> Experience : up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate.<br /> Certifications : PREFERRED certification is ASCP certified as a medical laboratory scientist.
