All team members receive benefits including:</p><ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Flexible work schedules</li></ul><p>Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance program, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.</p> <p> What will you do? <ul><li>Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor. </li><li>Conduct cash escorts as required.</li><li>Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity.</li><li>Maintain crowd control as required.</li><li>Administer medical assistance to guests and employees once certified in CPR/First-Aid/AED/BBP by the employer.</li><li>Operate a motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.</li></ul> <p> More about you <ul><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Hold and maintain a valid driver s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test.</li><li>Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints.</li><li>Prior law enforcement, security or military experience preferred; hospitality/customer service experience a plus.</li><li>Pass a criminal background check and obtain a State of NH gaming license.</li><li>Strong verbal communication, observation and report writing skills (must be able to document incidents via the use of a computer).</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.</li></ul> <p> Physical requirements <ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.</li><li>Ability to communicate through two way radio.</li><li>Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally.</li><li>Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night.</li><li>Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment.</li><li>Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.</li><li>Exposure to large groups and bright/flashing lights.</li></ul> <p> Shift details <p>Days<br>Evenings<br>Overnight<br>Weekends<br>8hr shift<br>Holidays<br>Split shift<br></p> Who we are <p>Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
