Apply today!</p><p> </p><p>Facility: East Cooper Medical Center</p><p>Location: Mount Pleasant, SC</p><p>Department: Emergency Room</p><p>Position Type: Full Time (36 hours)</p><p>Work Schedule: 7p-7a - Nights</p><p> </p> What We're Looking For: <ul><li>Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Successful completion of nursing service orientation program</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>IV therapy training and/or competency within one year</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Annual participation in Skills Fair and completion of competency checklists</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Maintains any required department-specific certifications</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>TNCC certification required within one year of hire</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Advanced certification in specialty and/or participation in professional nursing organizations encouraged</li></ul> What You'll Do: <ul><li>Provides direct and/or indirect nursing care under the direction of the Department Director and/or Charge Nurse</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Delivers safe, effective, and professional nursing care to assigned patients</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the healthcare needs of patients</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Cares for a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics (unless otherwise specified)</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Maintains a customer-focused approach and supports hospital and unit goals</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Delivers nursing care that aligns with established practice standards and clinical guidelines</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Must be willing and able to float to other comparable nursing units as needed</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Vc%2f%2f7XfiHyTZWNZY0q3zzP0Pkd6cSw0ha" width="0" height="0" />
