Come be a part of our Account Management team as a Landscape Designer and Sales Specialist! <b>POSITION SUMMARY</b> Our Residential Landscape Design and Sales Specialist serves as a critical role in the sale and design of our residential outdoor living and landscape projects. Serving as a key contact for customers and ensuring delivery of high-quality services. Our Residential Landscape Design and Sales Specialist will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team collaboration. <b>This is a Full Time, Benefit Eligible Salaried position</b> <b>Salary Range:</b> $60K- 90K DOE <b>Benefits: </b>Health, Dental, Vision, Life Ins., Short & Long Term Disability Ins., PTO, 401K <b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b> <ul><li>Collaborate with residential homeowners to anticipate and understand their vision and design concepts.</li><li>Pursue leads and opportunities for new project development.</li><li>Complete on-site assessments.</li><li>Create landscaping design and proposal for customer.</li><li>Manage project from initial contact through warranty period.</li><li>Monitors projects through out warranty period including periodic check in's with customers.</li><li>Ensure timely and complete payment of all services rendered. </li><li>Partner with customer and our team to ensure the project exceeds expectations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills that drive strong customer relationships and internal team collaboration</li><li>Meets Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and sales goals for areas of responsibility</li><li>Proficient use of Microsoft suite and all job-related computer systems/programs</li><li>Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment</li><li>Provides exceptional customer service</li><li>Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership</li><li>Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written</li></ul> <b>QUALIFICATIONS</b> <b>Required</b> <ul><li>Degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture or equivalent experience/degree</li><li>Proficient in use of landscape design software</li><li>1+ years of landscape sales experience</li><li>If driving a company vehicle: valid driver's license, clean driving record, DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one</li><li>Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test.</li></ul> <br/><br/><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 0</p><br><br><p>PI0fbe0d5ed06d-9266</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?0ahZeUUznsoC%2fhQr%2blq42wL3ct7U%2buE9v" width="0" height="0" />
