A typical day may include:<br>• Performing preventative maintenance and major repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment<br>• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with Managers and field specialists<br>• Reviewing Vehicle Inspection Reports to prioritize work and address issues promptly<br>• Ordering and receiving parts and supplies, completing required paperwork for the office and vendors<br>• Training field specialists on equipment maintenance and safe vehicle operation whenever possible<br>• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment in the shop and yard</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in caring for their own fleet and equipment while supporting a high-performing team.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You're dedicated to quality work, safety, and maintaining equipment at peak performance. You bring:<br>• Experience in small engine repair and two-stroke engine maintenance<br>• Diesel engine repair and maintenance experience<br>• Experience operating and maintaining aerial lift (bucket) trucks<br>• Experience with spray equipment, tanks, and pumps<br>• Your own basic tools for engine repair and maintenance<br>• Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, diagnostic charts, and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues<br>• A valid driver's license (CDL preferred)</p><ul><li><p>Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card</p></li></ul><ul><li>Welding experience a plus<br>• ASE certification a plus<br>• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>The physical demands of this role must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
