We are a stroke over flow unit in addition to encompassing a wide variety of other diagnoses as well as ages. We also have a partnership with CCHP (Christiana Care Hospitalist Partners) by cohorting their patients on our unit.</p><p></p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced RN to work 36 hours per week, <b>Day </b><b>shift </b>at Christiana Hospital. Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department. Typical shift is 7a - 7p.</p><p> </p><p></p><p> </p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>BSN preferred</p></li><li><p>Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for Delaware RN license</p></li><li><p>1-2 years med/surg experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Telemetry experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>BLS required</p></li></ul><p></p><p> </p><p> <b>Qualities and Experience We Are Looking For</b> </p><p>Excellent partnership within and across disciplines!</p><p>We work with a team that values collaboration and recognizes the importance of serving together.</p><p>Strong critical thinking and prioritization</p><p>Anticipating the needs of others by helping with compassion and generosity</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05<p></p><p></p>This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
