As an award-winning organization recognized over the years by national outlets such as <em>U.S. News & World Report</em>, we take pride in fostering compassionate care environments and being an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.</p> Overview : <p> <strong> As the Social Services Director you will identify and provide for each resident's social, emotional and psychological needs, and the continuing development of the resident's full potential during his/her stay at the facility and to assist in the planning for his/her discharge. </strong> </p> How you Will make a Difference: <ul><li>Assist residents and their families with social, emotional, and family issues. </li><li>Provide timely and accurate completion of documentation needed to comply with Facility, State, and Federal policies. </li><li>Participate in resident care planning. </li><li>Participate in the development of Discharge planning and prepare resident for the transition. </li><li>Serve as a general source of information for residents and their families. </li></ul> What you Need to make a Difference: <ul><li>Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology. </li><li>3+ Years Experience working in Social Services, directly with individuals, preferably in a healthcare setting. </li><li>High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. </li></ul> Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!
