3rd Shift Forklift Operator

Job description:

Looking for a hands-on job with a stable company? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators / Packaging Laborers in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who are comfortable performing physical labor and working as part of a team to support daily production operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products
• Package, stack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and storage areas
• Assist with general labor duties, including cleanup and material handling
• Monitor production and packaging equipment
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
