Job Description <p><strong>Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a dynamic CNSC Per Diem Consulting Dietitian for Baylor Medical Center- Grapevine in Grapevine, TX. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule: Flexible. Weekday Availability Preferred</strong></p><p> </p> Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide nutrition assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to patients including patients who require nutrition support</li><li>Develop nutrition care plans and monitor patient progress</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care</li><li>Educate patients and their families on nutrition-related topics</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives</li></ul><p> </p><p>At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
