Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography or Sonography Program; or CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required. </p><p> <strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of one year of experience in sonography, preferred. </p><p> <strong>Licensure/Certification/Registration</strong> (required): NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty - RT(S) or ARDMS within 6 months of hire </p> What You'll Do: <p> The Sonographer I Acute assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the ultrasound equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans. The sonographer assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic scans in the acute setting. The sonographer is responsible for inpatient, outpatient, the emergency department & the operating room procedures to include biopsies, drainages, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?X00D720HWZ4VOKTEKuLwQ7p8Idmhbi1Mg" width="0" height="0" />
