We are seeking a proactive and experienced Working Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations within our production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, maintain safety standards, and lead/instruct a team of workers on the production floor. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience with injection molding processes to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous improvement. 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. (Monday - Friday) Pay: From $28.00 per hour/DOQ 2nd Shift Differential: $1.00/hour
